  1. Switch to Mobile Hotspot

    • Connect your system to the company-provided mobile hotspot or your personal hotspot to ensure temporary internet access.

  2. Notify the IT Team Immediately

    • In the email, make sure to include:

      • Your Anydesk ID – so the IT team can connect remotely and troubleshoot.

      • A photo of the internet device/router – this will help us raise a complaint with the ISP quickly.
